Solutions offers among other things also a bi-directional satellite system (dsDSL Dual Satellite Digitally Subscribber Line). This system is a VSAT system (very small aperture terminals) according to the harmonized standard EN301428. The use of the dsDSL system is only possible with installation of certain hardware. The setup and the equipment will be done by Solutions or an authorized partner enterprise and cannot be installed by your own. The installation implies also a feasibility examination, which is defined on the respective purchase order form. An installation on mobile equipment is impossible. In accordance with interface number FSB-RU006 the satellite plant fulfills the requirements for the general grant. If a local permission is necessary for the setup and equipment of a Vsat plant, it is the customers business and responsibility (e.g. airport proximity). In the Internet and on the current price list stated ranges are asymmetrical and represent maximum values and cannot not be guaranteed. The actual range depends on the behavior of all users (Fair Use Policy *) on the same segment and also on the binding of the servers in the Internet where you access. The offered tarif is a so called "Flattarif". That is a temporally unlimited Internet entrance "always on". When there are capacity shortages users with large data traffic won´t be blocked, but limited in the range. A contract is leagal as soon as a customer filled out, signed and forwarded it to us by fax or by sending it by post and the pre-payment is credited on our bankaccount. Solutions offers dsDSL entrances to the customer for the running time of its contract (minimum 12 months) against a monthly fee. Prices can be found in here. Valid are always the current prices on this website. The indicated runtime is renewed automatically by the indicated runtime, if the contract has not been quit by one of the contracting parties at least 3 months before expiration of the runtime. The cancelation has to be sent by post. Solutions is not responsible for missing availability of the service, if this is caused through third or by higher force (weather-caused restrictions). If the service of the customer is not longer than 5 days attainable with fault of Solutions (without appropriate announcement e.g. in the case of maintenance and server conversion), an immediate right to cancel is entitled to the customer, if Solutions was informed by the customer in time. Solutions is not responsible for data, which got lost during the transmission. The auxiliary services offered for the product dsDSL e.g. Web space and E-Mail account, are free auxiliary services. There is no legal claim on these services. In order to exclude the abuse of a Member Website Solutions reserves itself to limit the call volume or offer an alternative Webhosting product in case of uncommonly high call volume (> 100MB/Tag). Payment: The hardware has to be paid bevor the installation. The remainder and the installation costs are immediately due after receipt of invoice. The monthly fees are paid with automatic debit transfer system (only austrian accounts) or has to be remitted as soon as possible to our bankaccount. Cancellation: A legal order can be cancelled free of charge within 1 week starting from date of order. In case of later cancellation 20% of the purchase order value are charged and by the performed pre-payment retained. If the cancellation happens on the agreed installation day, the complete performed pre-payment (maximally however 520 euro) will retain. Solutions is entitled to block achievements and accounts (unblock fee 35 euro), if no punctual payment (14 days at the latest) takes place through the customer. If Solutions cancelled the service or account, Solutions has the right to receive all payments agreed in the contract until the end of the contract period. If the delay of payment was eliminated by the customer within 1 month, a closed entrance is going to be activated again. For this handling charges at a value of 35 euro are charged. The contract taker explains himself to be used with it in agreement that its in the contract indicated data are passed on at our partners (carrier) and reseller - only for accounting purposes. |
