SOSAT is applying a "Fair Usage Policy" to ensure a good overall performance of the
Customer network for all its operated Sites, therefore prioritize or even entirely block different sorts
of network traffic, and if deemed necessary switch off certain Sites which generate an amount of
network traffic which is impacting the general service quality of the network.
As stated above, neither the Customer nor any End User shall have any recourse against.
Arrangement for the products:

If the limit is reached, the account will not be locked or billed, but the speed will be limited.
Exceeding the limit will cause the following reduction of the maximum transmission speed:
At more than 100 % the speed will be reduced to 50% of the the maximum speed
At more than 200 % the speed will be reduced to 25% of the the maximum speed
At more than 300 % the speed will be reduced to 10% of the the maximum speed
At more than 400 % the speed will be reduced to token speed
The observation period for the traffic is always 30 days.
Each customer has a service site, where he can watch his current traffic.
A further additional demand are the "Happy Hours".
In the time between 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. only 50% of the real traffic will be credited.
In additon possible limits of the downstream are cancelled and the user has the full range of the ordered bandwidth.
